Carolyn is a licensed Physical Therapist and the Clinical Director of our South Miami Office. She is certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion and is also an active Clinical Site Instructor. She is responsible for designing various MNRS Physical Therapy programs including our vestibular rehabilitation, progressive stretching & strengthening, and work conditioning programs. She manages with a heartwarming smile. Her support helps our patients recover faster.

Alex tells everyone about our stellar team and our exceptional patient care. Alex promotes MNRS Physical Therapy’s services to medical providers and the local community by and large. He delivers all necessary feedback from providers to our PT staff in order to maximize both patient and provider satisfaction. His focus and purpose is a singular one, assuring patient care is delivered promptly & effectively.

Dr Faraz Khursheed is a double board certified physician in Neurology and Pain Medicine, and a diplomate of American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and Pain Medicine. He completed his Neurology training from Louisiana State University in New Orleans and a fellowship in Pain Management from University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. He has also completed a General Surgery Internship from University of Pennsylvania.
